From our team at the Olympics: Canada showed that sending out your best is a winning strategy, easily taking the gold medal in the @オリンピック team figure skating event today. @パトリック・チャン placed first in the men’s free skate, and the #icedancing superstars @スコット・モイア and @テッサ・ヴァーチュ won the free dance to give @teamcanada the comfortable victory. The team of Russians won the silver medal thanks in part to a first place by @アリーナ・ザギトワ in the women’s free skate. And @teamusa was third, led by @長洲未来 who gave a near-perfect performance that included an extremely difficult triple axel, 8 years after her last Olympic appearance. @nytchangster, one of 4 #NYTXXIII photographers, has been covering figure skating events in #Pyeongchang.
