I want you all to know that the dedication, love and creativity expressed by my fans keeps me in state contestant awe and humility.

She wrote another half of the note and it was very personal and I didn’t want to share it in case she wasn’t okay with it. But when fans give me the privilege of sharing their personal stories with me and how they have healed from pain, I do not take it lightly and it is a wonderful gift that I didn’t anticipate when I started in comedy or when I wrote #girllogic - My book, my writing, my comedy- I go into all of it thinking “i hope this doesn’t suck and they can relate.” And the responses I get back from people choosing to let my art into their life... it is what my life is about.
