When John Baldessari created the cover for our Cali-Blighty issue in 2015, #CALIFUK, we asked him about the role of repetition in learning. He remarked, "If you repeat something over and over again, you’re probably going to remember it. I’m sure that if some woman gives you her phone number, you’d remember it.
