Sunday: Japanese Cheesecake Pancakes, those jiggly ones you see on Instagram in pancake form. So light and fluffy, with homemade strawberry and vanilla custard and a cup of Earl Grey tea. The recipe for these is on my blog #LettersFromShanghai, for Japanese cheesecake, simply fry the batter in a non stick pan instead of baking!
