[#RECIPE?] Hear the news? #PunxsutawneyPhil saw his shadow so we got six more weeks of winter & these PROTEIN Mozzarella Sticks just came out of the oven! We’re preppin’ our food for the #BigGame this Sunday, who wants some?

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 low fat mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 bags of Quest Cheddar & Sour Cream Protein Chips
- teaspoon parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. Add mozzarella stick pieces to a plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Add Quest protein chips to a medium ziplock bag and crush to a crumb size.
5. Add crushed protein chips, almond flour, and whisked egg to three individual bowls.
6. Remove mozzarella stick pieces from freezer, coat in almond flour, egg, and finally crushed Quest protein chips, place onto baking sheet.
7. Freeze mozz sticks on lined baking sheet for 10 minutes.
8. Remove mozz sticks from freezer and bake for 5 minutes at 400F, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
9. Plate game day mozz sticks warm, sprinkle on chopped parsley, and serve with buffalo sauce.

Macros per Mozzarella Stick: 7g protein, 2g carb, 5g fat. #OnaQuest #SuperBowl
