Trey, I am honored by your words and thankful to be able to call you a friend as well. I’ve always appreciated you as an artist, singer, songwriter, actor and all around entertainer. Thank you, @トレイ・ソングス, for taking part in my #MillionDollarPledge #10for10 #Encore, and donating to @unitedwedream (UWD), the first and largest immigrant youth-led organization in the nation. Now more than ever, this work is immensely important in our communities where immigrants are being targeted and discriminated against. UWD empowers people to develop their leadership, their organizing skills, and to develop campaigns to fight for justice and dignity for immigrants and all people. With this latest #10for10 #Encore, we have had 10 additional donations alone today, even though I completed yesterday. So now I’m at a grand total of $1,245,000 and counting! WOW. So many friends and colleagues have been reaching out and donating to keep this pledge going. I’m speechless. This is OUR journey together, thank You ALL for coming along.
