It is that time of Year again, for me when I think about football, I think about the high school players, not the over paid professional players, some of whom will be in the #SuperBowl. I was able to work on an amazing project very early in my career, and produced the photos for Friday Night Lights. Considered one of the best sports books ever written. Friday Night Lights: A Town, A Team and A Dream, chronicles the 1988 football season of the #PermianHighSchool Panthers in Odessa, Texas. Written by H.G. #BuzzBissinger, @buzz_bissinger, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist. The book provides an unflinching look into the Panthers' run for a #Texas state championship and life in West Texas. The book was published in 1990 and in 2002 was ranked #4 in the Top 100 Sports Books of All Time by #SportsIllustrated. In 2004, #FridayNightLights the movie was released to critical acclaim. It can be found on virtually every list that ranks the best #football movies. Directed by Peter Berg, @PBerg44, is an amazing tribute to these athletes as is the unforgettable book. #peteberg
