During a visit to the @royalacademyofdance today, The Duchess viewed some beautiful performances from students. One demonstration was performed by dancers from a Silver Swans ballet class, which is designed specifically for older learners.

The class helps improve mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels.
The Royal Academy of Dance was established in 1920 to set standards for dance teaching within the UK.
