One of the hardest lessons in figure skating is learning how to get up from a fall. It’s one of the first things you learn when you start skating, and you have to keep practicing it with every fall. This is something I’ve taken with me outside the rink - it’s not about how many times you fall or fail, it’s what you do after that counts. #WeGetUp #NationalGetUpDay
