1. I simply used a rolling pin to flatten out some leftover wheat bread until it could accommodate a slice of cheese, a favorite deli cut of meat, and a sprinkle of my new Ketchup seasoning.

2. I cut off the sides of the bread and shaped them like the fruit roll ups I had as a kid. I fried them in a tablespoon of ghee butter until the cheese melted.
Garnish with more ketchup seasoning!
