This week's #rolemodelmonday is Aliya Hall, LLS's Girl of the Year 2018! When Aliya was 7 years old, she was diagnosed with an extremely rare, aggressive form of Leukemia. Aliya had to undergo 4 rounds of intense Chemo-therapy that caused her to miss all of first grade. Since spending so much time in the hospital, she has to decided to run the LLS Student of the Year fundraising campaign to help raise money to find a cure! If she raises $50,000, LLS will name a research grant after Aliya! Let's help Aliya stomp out cancer and find a cure for all of those who are suffering.
