My Gingerbread Cookie seasoning as well as delicious bacon from @5280meat combined to yield these incredibly amazing looking muffins for an any time of the day treat??‼️

Ingredients:
2 c. cinnamon apple protein pancake mix
¼ c. coconut sugar
½ tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
@Flavorgod Seasonings gingerbread cookie
1 egg
1 c. milk
8 oz. apple sauce
¼ c. melted ghee butter
2-3 T. raw honey
@5280meat smoked bacon crumbles

Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, apple sauce and melted ghee. Blend all ingredients together and bake in muffin tin for 15-20 minutes at 400*. Let cool and top with raw honey and bacon crumbles.
