Energy is the currency of the universe.
It’s like when you “pay” attention to something... you sorta “buy” that experience. So when you allow your conscious to focus on someone or something that doesn’t uplift you, something that doesn’t better you.. you feed it your energy and it reciprocates the experience of negativity in your life.
Be selective with your thoughts because what you focus on feeds your energy and this is what keeps you alive. This is what keeps you moving towards a positive influential direction, instead of going backwards or standing still.
If you focus on drama filled, life draining, toxic people who don’t better you.. then how would you expect to move up in this world!? Some people are wired for negativity. They love gossip, being argumentative and abusive. And that is not your fault but it is your fault if you keep allowing this type of energy to flow into your life. You need to learn how to distance yourself from this type of negativity. If you don’t learn this, they will only bring you down with them. Always remember and it’s really quite simple... Good people bring out the good in people. People who challenge you, make you laugh, make you better and make you happy! 😃💗✨
