I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to be loved by my beautiful father n law who we lost this week at 91. Besides giving me his handsome son and welcoming me into his family he always had a smile on his face and light in his eyes. Never once did I hear him complain or say a bad word. He always sent back any expensive gift we bought him. Saved and reused tea bags for weeks. He fixed every broken thing in my house even it meant duck tape and twine kept things together. His detail stories went on far longer than my attention span but as long as I smiled and nodded my head he was happy. Up until the day he passed he held hands with his wife of 65 + years A true role model. Dad,Mort I miss You terribly already. Thank you for teaching me what is important in life.
