Been really focusing on myself this month. Every year I tell myself this and I feel it slip away, but I’m really trying to stick to it as much as possible this year. Meditation, mindfulness, and fitness. This is what helps me stay positive. Focusing on what matters: family and friends who love me, roof above my head, shoes on my feet. Our generation is getting lost in a superficial thought process and I think it’s important for people like myself who have access to a big audience, to remind everyone that there is more to the world and more to life than that. Do something nice today for someone who matters to you. Tell them you love them. Spend time (physical time, not on your phone) with them. And don’t forget I love you too. Always x
