Just finished reading this book #TheNightingale (thanks to the recommendation of some of you) and I found it so moving and powerful and have convinced some of my friends to do a book club about it. It takes the horrific events of WW2 in occupied France and tells the story of 2 sisters who handle it very differently. It’s such a personal tale (even though it’s fiction) that really hit home with me. On this #HolocaustRemembranceDay we remember the millions of innocent lives taken by evil and the heroics of those who risked everything to do help their fellow human beings!
