A little boy uses a coin to wish for a unicorn as his pet....plip...poof...and one appears. We find out it is awesome at first, but then there are many problems, including they are not house trained! (that page is one of our favorites!) The boy realizes that it isn’t a good idea and wishes it away.....until....

The story is fun, silly, and has wonderful voice! My three year old loves the story and understands that unicorns are not the best pets. But this book has appeal for all age kids. I would imagine the book will keep the older kids laughing! It would also be fun to have them figure out who the narrator is. .
