Breakout Swedish metal act @Tribulation_Official are a study in light-and-dark duality. Onstage they portray corpse-painted demonic figures, and on record — including their latest ‘Down Below,’ which is out today — the band explores exceedingly dark musical expressions. But offstage, the members indulge in quite different passions. Founding guitarist #AdamZaars is a longtime student of Eastern spirituality, extols the benefits of meditation and delights in preparing meticulously crafted meals for his family and the patrons at Geronimo's FGT, the popular #Stockholm restaurant where he works as chef — while guitarist Jonathan Hultén is a freelance visual artist that’s created all of Tribulation’s album art, as well as commissions for clients ranging from other groups, such as Gothenburg's Vampire, to Stockholm craft brewers Macken Bryggeri.
