I’m absolutely buzzing after the most special morning with @cathyfreemanofficial !! We listened to her wonderful stories and the insight she shared into the most significant moments of her life and career was incredible. The impact her Gold medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics had on me and of course the entire world, was profound and to be in her presence today I completely understand why. It’s greater than medals or sport, her energy and spirit is far more powerful than that. She’s one of a kind! True Inspiration overload!!! Hope I do her proud if I make it to the Olympics ? Thanks @surfingaus for an epic camp! ⚡️??‍♀️
