Today I woke up around 4am a bit exhausted but then quickly reminded myself to spend a few moments making some mental notes of how grateful I am for this day and this life. I then got to my work location for the day and watched the sun rise. In moments of weakness, exhaustion, or frustration, always find something to be grateful for... even something so simple as the sun rising another day ? #gratitude
