Today, I tried their seasonal Tantanmen, which is only available until the end of March and only in their Pavilion and The Gardens Mall branches. This top selling dish consists of thick wavy noodles that are served with their signature milky Tonkotsu broth, creamy sesame paste and spicy chili oil. The generous toppings like their ground pork miso paste, seared pork belly and poached egg were the perfect combination with the soothing and addictively hot broth. Don’t forget to drop by and try this for yourself !! ??
