I first saw @cirquedusoleil back in ‘95 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, it was the talk of the town, no one had ever seen anything like it before.
Now, all these years later, it’s better than ever - I saw the new show this weekend in LA. ‘Luzio’ is inspired by the magic of Mexico... Its beautiful, cheeky, funny with mind blowing feats of human strength and precision. Are these people meta or what !? My fave moments include the lady being hurled around like a rag doll by three large men - the biggest exercise in trust I’ve ever seen... The contortionist - ouch. And the finale, pictured here: people flying around from one giant swing to another - I almost peed my pants. Breathtaking show - go see it! Thx to the cirque for an amazing night...
