Okay if I’m being completely honest...my first month in 2018 has sucked as far as eating healthy and working out as hard as i know i can! And you know what guys, that’s totally okay! I’ve actually enjoyed the breather and took full advantage of it ?, but now it’s freaking time to kick things into gear! I’m ready to make new goals and challenge myself again. I’m hoping by writing this down for all you to see it is going to hold me accountable... I will let you all know how that goes ?
