I have been learning to implement ''self-love' in my life. In the past, I dont think that word was existent or campaigned heavily by people unlike today. It was through articles on internet and positive mind videos these days that I began to discover the word that might be represented as 'selfish' years back, is in fact something that people truly need
They need to prioritize themselves
However the act of self-love is truly difficult. I need to remove toxic people and relationships from my life. I need to learn saying "no". I need to tell people I want it and not going to wait for the leftover. I need to live my life for me and not for someone else. I need to change my mind by thinking I deserve this
