You ever hear someone say,"I'd rather just see so and so push down the street than some dude fly off some big set of stairs." Well, that probably first came from someone's mouth in the early 90s in response to skateboarding and the many experimental phases it was going through and most likely the name they were using was Jason Lee and how his push alone was sweeter than almost anything complicated skateboarding had to offer at that time because despite all the phases it's fine through and continues to go through, there will always always always be an appreciation for style and @jasonlee had it, and still has it, in spades... even when he was skating a contest where they forced him to wear pads and a helmet.
