This puff pastry was prepared with my Gingerbread Cookie and would be perfect with a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa??

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 T FlavorGod Gingerbread Cookie
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix the cinnamon, gingerbread seasoning & sugar together.
Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the sugar mixture over your work surface.
Lay the pastry sheet on top.
Sprinkle a couple more tablespoons of the mixture on top.
Use a rolling pin to press the mixture into the sheet.
Turn over and repeat last 2 steps.
Fold one side to the halfway point of the pastry.
Fold the other side of the pastry so that the two edges meet in the middle.
Roll over with your rolling pin.
Fold over the sides again to the halfway point.
Place on a plate.
Freeze for 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Remove the pastry from the fridge and slice into 1/3" slices.
Dip into the remaining sugar.
Place on a lined baking sheet a couple of inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and carefully flip them over.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until golden.
Transfer the palmiers to a cooling rack, lined with parchment paper.
Cool completely before eating.
