Happy Sunday all! I have to share with you these magnesium bath flakes. I bought mine on Amazon . I have a lowerback/pelvis/ glute issue (still trying to get to the bottom of it,pardon the pun) and having physio etc. I’m doing Gentle yoga everyday, Sensible upper body workouts and soaks in this and it’s really aiding mobility. It’s not been easy for me to slow down and soaking in baths is not my scene but I am having to behave till its strong again. Anyway these flakes are now going to be part of my fitness life from now on and an added bonus is my skin is soooo soft.
