So here it is!! This morning’s workout with @robbie__thompson!! Second workout vid of January- but my 5th PT session and already I’m moving better and starting to change shape!! Although I definitely attribute a lot of my agility this morning to my @hotpodyoganewcastle class!! For anyone who wants to try it the workout consisted of:
Circuit 1⃣
Split squat (3x8-10 each leg)
Bent over DB Row (3x15)
Trx crunch (3x10)
Circuit 2⃣
DB Push Press (3x15)
? rep booty blast (25 hip thrusts, feet up, 25 feet on floor, 25 shoulders on bench, 25 frog pumps ? )
