First stages of rehab ?? With some ligament damage & bruised bone (which is the most painful bit? ) I will have to be patient. Here I am standing on an Airex balance pad! As you can see I was a little nervous but pleasantly surprised how your body can quickly cope with different stresses you put it under! I was also able to spin the bike round a few times last week which is nice to get a sweat ?on again! ??‍♀️ #rehab #comebackmission
