Like many girls I’ve struggled with body image. I was always on the fuller side growing up and was constantly on the quest to lose weight with crash diets and unattainable health goals. Then in college, the pounds flew off and even though I was at my “goal” weight I was still unhappy. I would get unsolicited comments on how flat and non existent my chest was. It was ridiculous. Another “problem” to fix? When will people stop projecting their unrealistic standards of beauty on everyone and stop this body shaming? We come in all different shapes and sizes and it’s a beautiful thing. When I meet someone, I'm not looking at their body. I care about their soul and character. Embrace your differences and stop the judgement.
