This evening, The Duke of Cambridge met staff and volunteers from the men's mental health charity @CALMzone, before taking part in a discussion on the positive impact friendship can have on mental health.

The volunteers are participating in CALM's new mental health initiative the #BestManProject, which is encouraging men to open up to their friends, and teaching others how recognise when a friend is in need.

CALM is one of the main charity partners of @heads_together, the mental health campaign founded in 2016 by The Duke alongside The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
