Meet today’s #rolemodelmonday, 16 yr old Sydni Dion Bennett, the first African American to win Miss Illinois Teen USA. I love how she promotes self confidence and that “there is something in you that isn’t in every other girl”. She prides herself on staying authentic both on and off the stage, which is something I have always believed in. She plans to travel to schools in order to reach young children and teach them that nothing should keep them from doing what they want! Thank you for being such a good role model and good luck in all your future pageants.
