15g Wasabi
2 Tbsp Matcha
100ml Milk
200ml Fresh cream
50g Granulated sugar
5g Fine gelatin
1 Tbsp Water
120g Biscuits
60g Melted butter
White chocolate to decorate
Strawberries to decorate
Fresh cream to decorate

Directions:
1. Whip cream for 8 minutes.
2. Smash the biscuits finely, mix with melted butter, spread it on the side and bottom of the pudding mound, chill in the refrigerator.⠀
3. Sprinkle the gelatin in the water and let it melt. Melt in the microwave for 20 seconds just before use.
4. Strip the stalk of the wasabi and grate it off as you peel off the skin.
5. Put the wasabi Matcha mousse ingredients in the bowl and mix.
6. Pour biscuit mix into a biscuit-spread muffin mould and cool in a refrigerator.
7. Once it solidifies, remove it from the muffin mold, squeeze out cream, sprinkle the Matcha, decorate with white chocolate and strawberries.
