The washed taffeta styles from the Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2018 pre-collection are inspired by deconstructed 1950s couture detailing and lingerie and adorned with multi-coloured jewelled garden embroidery. The ‘petticoat’ inspired skirts are voluminous, gathered and frilled and feature a large bow on the waist. The high-waisted yoke on the skirt and the bra top are made in a patchwork of power net jacquard and Chantilly lace. #McQueenPreSS18 #AlexanderMcQueen
