6 weeks ago i switched from my prenatal vitamins to multivitamins because i wanted to make sure I’m getting the best nutrients especially since I’m a breastfeeding mom. ??(Logan nurses every 2 hours ???) This multivitamin has ginger & elderberry for immune system support (to help with this nasty flu season) ??♀️ plus a hormonal balance blend which I believe is why i haven’t lost as much hair as i did after i gave birth to James. ??♀️Also for us busy women, you don’t have to take with a meal even though it contains iron AND it’s vegan/organic! Along with eating healthy and exercising, the proper vitamins and supplements are important help in reaching out fitness goals for 2018! What are some of your fitness goals ? Mine is to gain more muscle ??
