Me getting “tortured” by my trainer Kak Liya at @visionbodymalaysia ?
I was very skeptical at first that I could gain muscle mass and strength in the short span of 2-3 months for my latest film Polis evo 2. I had no choice! The boys were buff, fit, strong and prepared and it left me to just go through with it hoping for the best.
I’ve never had weight problems but I never been muscular either! So the aim was to gain as much muscle mass as I could for the movie. After the initial fitness and physical assessment which proved I was just too skinny and unfit??,I was determined to attempt to “change” my body and give Visionbody a shot.
