What did I eat for Christmas dinner!? ? I feasted on this mountain cooked by my awesome mum @yorkshirehelen! ?? A @thehappypear festive stuffed squash, veggie sausages, carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes, sprouts, leeks, stuffing and of course... seconds! ? For breakfast I had @jus_rol cinnamon rolls (did you know most of their pastries are vegan, even the pain au chocolat?!) ? I have to admit I definitely had a few Lindt chocolates and quality street too ? I try to avoid labelling myself as “vegan” to avoid online negativity, but also to allow myself flexibility. I instead prefer to say “mostly plant based” - in reality I eat like 98% vegan with a few pieces of chocolate here and there ? It’s about progress not perfection ??Anyways - I will be 100% vegan in January for @weareveganuary, and my boyfriend @antonymaule is joining me! Are you going to take the challenge? Or perhaps go vegetarian for January?
