Chilly nights call for a warm cup of soup! Make this tomato chicken stew all winter long! ? Recipe:
Ingredients

Yam , sweet, peeled, cut into cubes 6 ounces
Celery , medium, diced 4 ounces
Chicken breast , cut into big cubes 16 ounces
cornstarch 1 tbsp
Parsley , chopped 1 tbsp
Tomatoes , medium, diced 2 whole
Onion , sliced 2 ounces
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Chicken broth 4 ounces
Sherry , dry 4 tbsp
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Minced Ginger 1 /2 tsp

Sauces

Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Minced Ginger 1 /2 tsp

Directions
1. Massage chicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce.
2. In a heated pan with oil, cook chicken until about half way done.
3. Add onion, ginger, celery and yams. Cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add dry sherry, Premium Soy Sauce, chicken broth, Oyster Flavored Sauce, parsley and tomato. Bring mixture into a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
