Today's my last workout session of 2017 and I'm so excited to have some time off over Christmas. I've always spoken about how I don't exercises to lose fat or weight but more for myself to stay clear headed. But I also think it's important to completely switch off at Christmas and not feel bad for getting out of what your normal 'routine' is. So make sure you take time for you, eat what you want, get drunk if you want and have a bloody great Christmas ☺️???
