I remember a few years ago when I hated exercise and I would do everything to get out of PE at school haha. It is amazing how it enhances your life. Energy levels rise, your state of mind becomes clearer and sharper, the amount of serotonin produced not only makes you calmer and more focused, it actually reduces anxiety..... The benefits are absolutely crazy (that's why you get so addicted). I believe loving yourself inside and out is important for the wellbeing of both your mind and body, yet for so many people around the world this is a major struggle. I highly recommend and encourage making exercising a few times a week a priority - keep your mind and body healthy!
