I have an idea.
I think all cat owners who have their cats and kittens toe bones and claws amputated (declawed) should wear the cone of shame for a month. And all the veterinarians who perform this inhumane and harmful procedure on cats and kittens should wear a cone of shame for two months.
What do you think?
