One of my favorite things about being vegan is how much energy I have in the morning and how flat my tummy is. I used to have constant bloat that I believed was fat. Now I know my body didn’t like to digest what I was consuming. I had frequent back pain, acne, and would have issues in other areas. Not one doctor recommend or suggested it was diet. Take a chance on being healthy this year. #govegan
