Thursday: Pumpkin Chilli flatbreads, topped with a fried egg, fresh parsley and mint, labneh, tahini, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, Aleppo pepper and some toasted arganic oil from my pal Dana @arganic

The flatbreads are a riff on a recipe from @ジェイミー・オリヴァー changing the yoghurt for coconut milk and adding in some extra flavourings. Easy, quick, delicious, cheap, infinitely versatile ?????? #symmetrybreakfast
