I finished producing mixing cowriting the amazing @blackveilbrides album Vale.
I was nominated for a Grammy for the @blink-182 California album @recordingacadamy

I was given the influencer award at the APMA’s from @Alternative Press and won song of the year for We Don’t Have To Dance for @アンディー・ビアーザック
We made the second awesome @アンディー・ビアーザック solo album I was able to work with the the great @maydayparadeband and the incredible @statechampsny and wrote with @underoathband
I started the next @atreyuofficial and @311 albums
I started making a movie based on my life in 1982 with @niqgross @グレッグ・サイプス and @marrsattacks #castlehill
Most importantly I wanted to say all of this started with one song I wrote when I was 12 years old and slowly grew over the next 38 years into an incredibly large successful undeniable life faced with the upmost adversity and joy… The only handicap in life is a bad attitude and I implore you to do everything you can to keep your mental health positive anything is possible with a good attitude I promise you. I love my life I say it every day whether I believe it or not... my brain isn’t so smart that I can’t trick myself into believing this life is incredible even when I don’t feel it…#ILML
