Pay little attention to the couple in the foreground... even though I agree with you, she’s stunning? But look at this beauty of a church. Not much needs to be said about Notre-Dame Cathedral. It took a couple hundred years to build this, all inspiring, home for God & prayer. Construction started in 1163. It has endured attacks in the French Revolution, a few renovations, many have plundered its riches & it has even taken bullets in WWII. Yet, here it stands in all its glory. Each time I enter this place it blows my mind. -Well that’s your history lesson for today. I’ll be giving a pop quiz soon. I wish we still spent the time to build epic structures like this that could stand the test of time. Maybe we will again? #notredamecathedral #Paris #France
