It still breaks my heart I wasn’t able to compete at this years Nationals in Vienna. It would have been my 7th consecutive titel but my health is more important. Taking a major concussion too lightly after Tallinn was more than a bad idea. something I had to feel first hand when I thought I need to resume practice to soon and compete in Budapest.
To withdraw wasn’t an easy decision but as painful as it was I know it was the right one. Now it’s all about getting 100% healthy and focus on the upcoming events- the season ain’t over yet ?? #wegetup #concussionssuck #nothingcanbreakme #strongwill #iskateriedell #teamriedell #teameclipse
