Sometimes I'm on my phone way too much and I admit that. My career is run off my phone... but in saying that, every day I go to my grandparents house and sit and have a coffee with them. They don't have wifi, laptops, computers.... or even a mobile phone. Their phone is attached to the wall by a cord still and rarely ever rings! I love going there because its my time to just focus on family! The other day I gave my Yiayia my mobile to speak to my mum, she held it upside down and yelled into it hahaha (it was on loud speaker) haha sometimes disconnecting is the best way to connect. ?? www.kaylaitsines.com/app
