Nature’s beauty and wildlife abounds in every direction in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The best way to discover it is on long boat rides on remote canals of incredible diversity, where during the early hours or at sunset you can spot egret, pelicans, exotic blue birds, wild boars and even horses. My most vivid memory came during sunrise, navigating through a maze of canals.
