Not glossy or thrilling but an accurate representation of my evening. Hot bath, laptop propped on sink for Netflix (who's loving The Crown??), candles lit, in re-reading @mother_of_daughters 'How to grow a baby and push it out', an @オリジンズ face mask, huge @hydratem8 of freezing cold water (anyone else need icy drinks in warm baths???), super minty shower gel and HOPEFULLY this big dose of self care will take me out my fog. I've felt really bleugh this last few weeks/months. Not depressed or in danger but just a bit sub par. I'm quite physically limited right now and the usual social offerings (nights out, parties, days shopping etc) are off the cards for a while. I've spent quite a bit of time at home alone and it's worn a bit thin. I tell you what, 2018 is going to be a GREAT year because I'll appreciate all the more the adventures I can have and the fun stuff I can do!! I'm already making lists of ideas, goals, places I want to go! Are you like this in December or are you thoroughly in Christmas mode? (Bit of an essay there!!
