This is my mom @stripesnchanel. A lot of people ask why I am the way I am and it’s because of my parents. It’s probably a tiger Mom thing ? but she was definitely scary growing up (sorry Mom lol) she treated me like an adult at a very young age, she made sure I knew how to do things for myself so I never had to rely on someone and she made sure I always had a plan or a goal in mind. For her nothing was good enough to be accepted until it was proven. In a world of gold stars and positive quotes, she kept it real (sometimes too real lol) and when I was younger sometimes I would get so frustrated but now I know her tough love was for my own benefit. So thanks Mom, I think it worked ??‍♀️
